This is a red herring. The US taxpayer shouldn't subsidize work that ranges from zero-to-negative value. Not at any salary.

For years now, the Federal government has included ridiculous DEI requirements in practically all job descriptions.Medical directors, the doctors in charge, of VA hospitals are required to promote DEI & "address xenophobia and transphobia" to get hired.
